Webmail lets you use a hosted mailbox without configuring a mail app.
Steps
- Open Mail in Plesk.
- Find the email address.
- Select the webmail or envelope action.
- Sign in with the full email address and its mailbox password.
You can also use the webmail address shown by Plesk for the domain. If the browser shows a certificate warning, do not continue with credentials. Check that the domain's DNS points to the hosting service and ask support to inspect the certificate.
