How do I add or change a DNS record in Plesk?

Edit records in Plesk only when the domain uses the nameservers assigned to this hosting service.

Steps

1. Open Websites & Domains, then DNS Settings for the domain.
2. Select Add Record, or open the existing record you need to change.
3. Choose the correct type and enter the host and value supplied by the service you are connecting.
4. Save the record and apply the DNS changes.
5. Check the result after the updated record has propagated through DNS caches.

If DNS is hosted by the domain registrar or another provider, make the change there instead. Avoid deleting mail records unless you have replacements ready.
