How do I create an email address in Plesk?

The hosting plan must include an available mailbox.

Steps

1. Open Mail.
2. Select Create Email Address.
3. Enter the part before the @ symbol and choose the domain.
4. Leave mailbox access enabled.
5. Set a unique password and a mailbox size within the plan limit.
6. Save the address.

Use the full email address when signing in to webmail or a mail app. If the create action is missing or a limit is shown, check the plan's mailbox allowance.
