How to set an out-of-office reply in Plesk

Updated 1 hour ago 1 views

Use auto-reply for a temporary absence, then set an end date so it does not remain active by mistake.

Steps

  1. Open Mail and select the email address.
  2. Open the Auto-Reply tab.
  3. Turn on auto-reply.
  4. Write a plain subject and message without private travel details.
  5. Set how often the same sender can receive the reply.
  6. Set the date when Plesk should switch it off, then save.

Send a test from another address. Auto-replies can behave differently when mail is hosted remotely, so confirm that the test reaches the sender.
