How to inspect website errors in Plesk logs

Updated 1 hour ago 2 views

Check the domain logs immediately after reproducing the problem so the relevant entries are easy to find.

Steps

  1. Open Websites & Domains.
  2. Find the affected domain and select Logs.
  3. Filter for warning and error messages if the log view offers filters.
  4. Refresh the page or start real-time updates.
  5. Reproduce the website error once.
  6. Note the time, request path, status code, and nearby error text.

Send those details in a support ticket, but remove passwords, session tokens, and personal data. A single log line can describe a symptom rather than its cause, so include what changed before the error began.
