Most hosting orders can be provisioned after FOSSBilling records a successful payment. The service page will show the current status.
An order may remain pending while a payment notification, domain registration, or account detail is being checked. Avoid placing the same order again. If the payment succeeded but the service remains pending, open a support ticket with the invoice number and payment reference.
Do not send card details, banking passwords, or one-time codes.
