Request cancellation from the service page so the correct service is identified.
Steps
- Sign in and open Services.
- Select the service you want to cancel.
- Choose the cancellation action, if available.
- Read the effective date and data-loss warning before confirming.
- Keep the confirmation for your records.
Back up any website, email, and database data before the cancellation takes effect. A cancellation request does not automatically create a refund. Contact support before confirming if the wrong service or date is shown.
